Return & Cancellation Policy

All of our items are custom and made to order, and given the size and nature of our business we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If you receive the wrong product or if your item is defective in any way, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt (please send with a photo) and we will send you the correct item(s), free of charge. Please contact us at hello @ heatherkterry.com for customer support.

Order Changes

Due to the nature of our printing process, once your item begins fulfillment it cannot be changed.

Shipping Times

Your items are printed just for you and take 2-5 business days to fulfill. After that, shipping should be another 3-4 business days.

Tracking Your Package

A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your package's progress.
